| The WESTERN® Hopper Spreaders are ideal for ice control on driveways, roads
and parking lots. Used by municipalities, schools, hospitals, shopping malls and
private contractors, these rugged v-box type spreaders mount easily on pick-up,
dump or platform trucks. They can be quickly dismounted and stored when not in
use. All spreaders are covered by the WESTERN® Two Winter Warranty.
REGULAR CAPACITY MODELS
The 7' and 8' Regular Capacity units are available in 12 ga. steel or 16 ga. 304
stainless steel construction and 10 HP Tecumseh I/C engine. Hydraulic drive
system is available for the 8' models.

HIGH CAPACITY MODELS

capacity models in 8' (2.6 cu. yd.) and 10' (3.3 cu. yd.) lengths also feature
your choice of 12 ga. powder coated steel or 12 ga. 304 stainless steel
construction and the choice of either a 10 HP Tecumseh I/C engine or hydraulic
drive. All gas engine models feature cab mounted electric throttle control,
electric clutch and inverted-vee as standard equipment.
Available options include inverted-vee, heavy duty top screen, extended
spinner and drop chute, side extensions (not available for stainless or 7'
models), hold down kit, center high-mounted stoplight kit and a unique vehicle
battery kit which eliminates the need for a dedicated spreader battery.
