Description:

     TruckCraft now offers a heavy duty tempered aluminum truck flat that is ideal for the commercial landscaping contractor because of it's low mounting height, excellent strength-to-weight characteristics and great lifelong appearance. Made from 100% 6061-T6 heat treated aluminum alloy extrusions, the welded design provides an extremely rigid platform. The floor is constructed of extruded planks that provide rigid reinforcement every 5" underneath, and a tongue-in-groove joint on top to withstand heavy point loading and impact. The long sills are minimum 4" x 2-1/4" aluminum channel. The front, back, and rub rails are a custom shape with extruded ribs for added strength and improved appearance, and provide a total bed height of just 5-1/2". Stake pockets are cut into the inside of all rails. All bed corners are mitered for safety and improved appearance. The unit comes standard with flush mounting 2-1/2" grommet-style clearance, marker, and I.D. FMVSS lights, with wiring harness. Sizes available for pickups through one-ton cab-chassis. Available options include: Profiled front bulkhead with protected window, bright diamond plate tailboard with 4 1/2" diameter stop, tail, turn and backup lights, hinged gooseneck trapdoor, beavertail ramp, and sideboard set.
